As many of you know, I create journals & spiritual workbooks. I am always creating more. I'm in the process of creating more in-depth spiritual self workbooks as well. I have journals that help you grow your knowledge of how The Universe/Spirit speaks with you & how to build your intuition by simple daily writing to help you better see those patters, I have journals that are in the process of being released for those who would like to better learn Tarot & how to actually connect with the cards, and I have journals that are just that- journals. But why?

If you have ever joined a Live or had a personal reading with me, you know that I greatly promote recording your dreams & journaling to heal & release. A huge part of any spiritual path is self healing & self knowing.This comes through self reflection in the form of meditation, personal daily practices, but also through writing & reviewing your beliefs of yourself, others, & the world & what limits you, as well as what helps you to flourish. Learning how to decode your dreams comes first from recording them before you find the message. I personally believe that journaling daily is one of the most simple yet most healing acts that we can do for ourselves. I make it a point to journal everyday as well as to record my dreams & I have done so for years now. You don't have to be a writer to get started with this practice & you can begin at any point on your Spiritual journey. It's amazing to have journals like these to look back on & observe your growth.

As, I mentioned earlier, I am in the process of releasing more in-depth spiritual workbooks, including Shadow Work guided workbooks & much more. I'm always looking for ways to help others expand their understanding of themselves & Spirit & connecting with those things as well.
